Greg Gutfeld Shares Health Update After Welcoming First Child at 60
Greg Gutfeld, 60, has finally made a return to social media after welcoming his first child, a baby girl named Mira, with wife Elena Moussa. The Fox News star shared an emotional health update with fans, offering a glimpse into his life after becoming a dad.
On Christmas Day, Greg took to Instagram to share a festive post with his 541k followers. His first post was a cute snapshot of his French bulldog, Gus, lounging on the couch. Greg humorously wrote, “As usual, he got me nothing for Christmas. Although he left something that looks like coal in the middle of the living room.”
A few hours later, he posted a video of himself and Gus taking a walk in the snow, with Greg narrating the fun moment: “Oh, he’s happy. Look at him go up the hill. This is good, probably good for me too.”
However, it was his caption that caught fans’ attention. Greg wrote, “Upstate sick as a dog. Not this dog. He’s doing fine,” hinting that he wasn’t feeling his best.

Despite the health concerns, fans were overjoyed to hear from Greg and flood the comments with messages of support. One fan wrote, “Congratulations to you, Elena, & Gus on your baby! So happy for you all. We miss you terribly, please come back soon!” Another commented, “Merry Christmas! I hope you feel better and enjoy your new baby. Get back to work, we miss you.”
Greg has been absent from his shows The Five and Gutfeld! since becoming a new parent, and his co-hosts, Jesse Watters and Dana Perino, confirmed the arrival of his baby girl earlier this month. While it’s unclear exactly when Greg will return to the network, it’s expected to be sometime in the new year.
Fans continue to send well wishes as Greg navigates fatherhood and his health recovery.
