SHOCKING: Skip Bayless Bribed Hairstylist $1.5M for S*x, and Many Despicable Harassment EXPOSED Following Lawsuit Claim

Skip Bayless is in the middle of a bombshell lawsuit filed by a former Fox Sports staffer accusing the sports commentator and others at the network of creating a toxic work environment.

The lawsuit, obtained by Front Office Sports, was filed by hairstylist Noushin Faraji, who worked at Fox Sports from 2012 through August 2024. In the complaint, Faraji’s lawyers recount alleged instances of sexual harassment and retaliation, among other examples of workplace misconduct. Fox, Fox Sports, FS1, FS2, Fox Sports executive vice president Charlie Dixon, Bayless, and FS1 host Joy Taylor are also listed as defendants in the lawsuit. In total, the suit brings forward 14 counts including sexual battery, hostile work environment, and wrongful termination.

Faraji alleges that “was forced to endure a misogynistic, racist, and ableist workplace where executives and talent were allowed to physically and verbally abuse workers with impunity.” This included an alleged incident where Dixon grabbed her buttocks at a birthday party in West Hollywood and being told by Taylor to “get over it” when she brought it up.

Faraji went on to allege inappropriate harassment from Bayless, who she said made advances towards her like “lingering hugs after each haircut, putting his body against her own, pressing against her breasts.” At one point, Bayless allegedly offered her $1.5 million to have sex with him. She rebuffed his advances by noting there were cameras watching them and that she had a potential cancer diagnosis in her ovaries, but to no avail.

“Approximately one week later, Mr. Bayless made another advance at Ms. Faraji. Ms. Faraji responded: ‘Skip, stop, you have a wife.’ Mr. Bayless responded: ‘Aren’t you Muslim? Doesn’t your dad have three to four wives?’ Ms. Faraji responded that her father was dead, and when Mr. Bayless looked taken aback, she made an excuse to leave,” the suit claimed.

Bayless’ show Undisputed was cancelled in August 2024 as he left the network. Faraji was then let go from her job. The hairdresser is now seeking unspecified damages for emotional distress and labor law violations.
