Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever are currently getting set to play their first playoff game today.
Clark will make her playoff debut with the No. 6 Indiana Fever as they take on the No. 3 Connecticut Sun at Mohegan Sun Arena on Sunday.
The Fever entered the postseason as one of the hottest teams in the league, and Clark showed up looking scorching.
On Sunday, Caitlin Clark showed up in a brown trench coat, blue jeans, and high heels.
She finished the look with a huge purse and some sunglasses.
Needless to say, fans were loving her look:
Clark, Hull and the Fever need to win two games in the best-of-three series to advance to the semifinals for a chance to face either the Minnesota Lynx or Phoenix Mercury.
Caitlin Clark proved herself to be that rare player who can lift an entire league on her shoulders.
The 2024 No. 1 overall pick dished out more assists than any player ever while posting the first triple-double for a rookie and then a second one.
Clark lived up to the massive hype surrounding her after a historic college career at Iowa.
Caitlin Clark Named Unanimous Associated Press Rookie of the Year
As if there was any doubt, Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark was the unanimous choice among the 15-person panel for the Associated Press WNBA Rookie of the Year award.
Through the first half of the season, Clark faced a stiff challenge from the Chicago Sky’s Angel Reese as she became a double-double machine.
The Fever moved up to sixth in the standings and qualified for the playoffs for the first time since 2016.
Her winning the award was likely already set in stone but became even more so when Reese was out of Chicago’s final six games thanks to a wrist injury.
Caitlin Clark closed by averaging 23.1 points on 43.5 percent shooting, along with 8.9 assists per contest in Indiana’s final 14 games.
