Taylor Swift might not be hitting the stage at Madison Square Garden anytime soon, but she could be making an appearance—on a date night with Travis Kelce at a New York Knicks game.

Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs star, hinted at the idea while chatting with Hollywood actor Ben Stiller on his New Heights podcast. Stiller, a lifelong Knicks fan, recalled sitting courtside with Swift at MSG nearly a decade ago.

“I went to a Knicks game with Taylor—this was like 10 years ago,” Stiller said. “I was there with my son, and we FaceTimed my daughter, who’s a huge Swiftie. We had the best time—she is incredible.”

Kelce, clearly intrigued, responded: “Oh yeah, I appreciate that. I think the same thing. Maybe we can get Taylor to another Knicks game.”

Ben Stiller Offers to Make It Happen

Stiller didn’t hesitate to help make the date night a reality, telling Kelce: “You should definitely come—I can hook that up.”

Kelce and Swift are no strangers to sporty date nights in New York. Last October, they attended an MLB playoff game at Yankee Stadium, watching the Yankees take on the Kansas City Royals. Before that, they were spotted at the US Open men’s final alongside Patrick and Brittany Mahomes.

With only 15 regular-season games left for the Knicks before the playoffs, the couple might need to act fast if they want to catch a game at The Garden.

Kelce’s Rocky NBA Moment

While Kelce is a big basketball fan, not all of his NBA experiences have been smooth. Back in 2024, he attended a Dallas Mavericks game with Patrick Mahomes—only to be booed when his face appeared on the jumbotron. The tight end took it in stride, playfully turning to the crowd in response.

As for Kelce’s NFL future, he recently decided to continue playing for the Chiefs despite speculation about retirement after their Super Bowl loss to the Eagles. With the NBA season starting in October, he’ll be deep in football mode by then—but for now, a romantic night at the Knicks game could be the perfect way to unwind with Swift in New York City.
