Meghan Markle’s CONTROVERSIAL bow to the Queen – What role is Prince Harry playing next to her?

A royal expert has recently highlighted an intriguing moment in the Netflix docuseries Harry and Meghan, where Meghan Markle humorously reenacts her first encounter with the late Queen Elizabeth II. The incident has sparked a discussion regarding Prince Harry’s seemingly unamused reaction, with body language experts weighing in on what it might reveal about the Duke of Sussex’s true feelings.

In the docuseries, Meghan Markle recounts her initial introduction to Harry’s grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II. Reflecting on the event, she describes it as “surreal,” noting, “It wasn’t like some big moment of like, ‘Now you’re going to meet my grandmother.’” She went on to explain, “I didn’t know I was going to meet her until moments before. We were in the car driving up, and he’s like, ‘You know how to curtsy right?’ And I thought he was joking.”

To illustrate her story, Meghan humorously demonstrated an exaggerated curtsy while seated, saying, “Pleasure to meet you, your Majesty.” This light-hearted portrayal appeared to leave Prince Harry with a notably serious expression, a detail that has drawn attention from both royal watchers and body language experts.

Royal expert Kinsey Schofield has suggested that Meghan might have been “playing dumb” during the episode, implying that the Duchess’s reenactment was more than just playful banter. Schofield noted, “Prince Harry’s face says it all,” indicating that his lack of amusement was telling of deeper sentiments.

Body language expert Jesús Enrique Rosas also provided an analysis of Harry’s reaction, sharing his insights on his YouTube channel. According to Rosas, Harry’s demeanor suggested that he anticipated Meghan’s performance, yet he remained disconnected and unemotional. “He is serious even if Meghan is speaking quickly, joyfully, but there’s no connection, no empathy in him,” Rosas commented.

Rosas pointed out potential signs of frustration in Harry’s body language, emphasizing, “He is serious and maybe even angry. Notice what happens with his throat; he is swallowing at that moment.” Furthermore, Rosas observed Harry’s apparent disdain for Meghan’s exaggerated curtsy, noting a distinct blush on his face. “He is looking at Meghan, and he displays contempt. A split second after that, he looks away and presses his jaw. You can see the patches of red on his face are much redder on the cheeks, the bridge of the nose, and the temples. It could be that he feels ashamed or angry.”

The expert concluded that Harry was not necessarily ashamed, but rather exhibiting signs of covert anger during the interaction.

This incident comes in the wake of significant changes for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who stepped down as working royals in 2020. Since then, they have relocated to the United States, seeking a life free from royal duties and responsibilities. Their journey across the Atlantic has been marked by various media projects, including the aforementioned Netflix series and Harry’s 2023 memoir, Spare, which has been rife with explosive claims about the Royal Family.

Meghan’s portrayal of her first meeting with the Queen and Harry’s reaction have only added another layer to the ongoing scrutiny surrounding the couple. As they continue to carve out their own path away from the monarchy, moments like these continue to spark conversation and debate about their relationship with the British Royal Family and each other.
