Clark’s boyfriend, Connor McCaffery, recently announced his intentions to depart from his role with the Indiana Pacers and accept a coaching staff position with Butler.

McCaffery is headed back to the collegiate level, after originally making his mark as a player for the Iowa Hawkeyes from 2017-23.

Following the news, Clark posted the update on her Instagram. After she sent him the message that read “Yayy, so happy for you,” McCaffery responded.

He reposted her message on his own social media account, sending a red heart in response to Clark.

McCaffery was the Basketball Development Coordinator with the Indiana Pacers for the 2023-24 NBA season. He’s now embarking on a new journey with an assistant coach role at a Division 1 university, the Butler Bulldogs.
