Fans Scream and DEMAND Caitlin Clark to Fire her Agent Immediately After She Said This about Clark and Ruined Her Career

They think that a line was crossed

Fans call on Caitlin Clark to fire her agent Erin Kane after an interview

A set of fans think that Caitlin Clark should sack her agent, Erin Kane, after a recent interview.

The WNBA star is getting more and more famous with each passing week and that means she needs the best possible representation, and some people think that Kane may have blown it with some recent comments.

Kane recently spoke to ESPN about the growth of WNBA and which factors have been the most powerful in making the league and each team so popular.

When rattling off people and moments such as Sabrina Ionescu‘s impact and the 2018 national championship game where Arike Ogunbowale sealed the game late on, she then mentioned Clark in a very understated manner.

“We had Caitlin come through and she was just like gasoline on those embers,” Kane said about her client.

Fans get angry

Fanatical fans of the Indiana Fever player think that Kane really undersold her client in this particular interview, and that Kane could be responsible for Clark not being able to make more than $28m on her Nike deal.

“So when do we predict Caitlin fires her?” one fan wrote on social media.

Another tweeted: “Get a new agent homie. Your current one has too small of a mindset. She’s thinking ‘locally’, not ‘globally’.”

One comment read: “It’s like she’s playing ‘let’s make sure to step on as little toes as possible'”

Another outright said that Kane should be fired, writing: “I really need cc to fire her agent & hire someone who will actually unapologetically say SHE’S HER the needle the motion the impact no one else is even close.”

Kane has been asked before about if the WNBA can really pay Clark what she is worth.

“I don’t think that’s possible,” Kane said. The Excel Sports manager went on to explain that the Indiana Fever star is “part of a larger player body” that needs to be “paid more” by the WNBA.
