The woman claims in the complaint that a male celebrity raped her while a female celebrity watched
A woman accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs of raping her when she was 13 years old claims two celebrities were also involved in the alleged incident.
The claim comes in a complaint, obtained by PEOPLE, filed on Sunday, Oct. 20 by a woman who alleges she was raped by Combs and an unnamed male celebrity while a female celebrity watched at a party at a residence in New York following the 2000 Video Music Awards.

According to the complaint, the accuser, who remains anonymous, was invited to the afterparty by a limousine driver who claimed to work for Combs and told her that the mogul liked younger girls and “fit what Diddy was looking for.”
The accuser claims that when she arrived at the party, she was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement and was later given a drink that she believes was drugged, the complaint alleges.
She was later approached by Combs, who had a “crazed look in his eyes,” who allegedly said, “You are ready to party!,” according to the complaint.
The then-13-year-old says Combs then threw her toward the male celebrity, identified in the complaint only as Celebrity A, who allegedly held her down and raped her, while the female celebrity (Celebrity B). When the male celebrity finished, the accuser claims she was then raped by Combs while both celebrities watched.
The accuser is represented by high-profile attorney Tony Buzbee, who has also represented women that have accused Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson of sexual misconduct.
Combs’ attorneys denied the allegations in a statement to PEOPLE.
“The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded [Sunday’s] barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity,” the statement says. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”
Combs’ legal troubles exploded into the public eye when he was sued by his ex-girlfriend, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, who accused him of physical violence and sexual abuse. They reached a settlement agreement just one day after she filed on Nov. 16, 2023.
Since then, Combs has been sued by nearly two dozen other accusers and he was indicted on federal sex crime charges months after his homes in Los Angeles and Miami were raided.
Combs was arrested in New York City in September and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty.
Prosecutors have accused Combs of organizing “freak offs,” which are described as highly orchestrated sex performances involving male sex workers and women who were either forced or coerced into participating.
The Bad Boy Records founder was denied bail by two different judges and is currently behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
Combs last appeared in court for his criminal case on Oct. 10 and his trial was scheduled for May 2025.
