Kayleigh McEnany, the FOX News anchor and former White House press secretary, has shared adorable pictures of her newborn son, Nash, after welcoming him with her husband, former New York Mets pitcher Sean Gilmartin.
The 34-year-old McEnany revealed the happy news on Thursday, saying she and Gilmartin were “thrilled” to announce the birth of their second child. She expressed her gratitude, saying, “What a truly joyful time. God has blessed us immensely.”
In one heartwarming photo, McEnany is seen lovingly cradling Nash, kissing his forehead, while Gilmartin snuggles close to them both. Another picture shows their three-year-old daughter, Blake Avery, sitting beside the newborn, and a third captures Nash peacefully sleeping.
McEnany received an outpouring of congratulations from friends, co-workers, and fans. Emily Compagno, her Outnumbered co-host, shared her joy, saying, “So thrilled and happy for you Kayleigh! All my prayers and love to all four of you!” Politics reporter Brooke Singman also extended her best wishes, saying, “Congratulations Kayleigh!!! Welcome to the world Nash!!!” Lara Trump and Arkansas governor-elect Sarah Huckabee Sanders also shared their excitement.
McEnany and Gilmartin, who married in 2019, previously welcomed their daughter, Blake Avery. Gilmartin is a seasoned MLB veteran, having played for the Mets, Baltimore Orioles, and Tampa Bay Rays during his career.
Before her role as a co-host on Outnumbered, McEnany served as the White House press secretary from April 2020 to January 2021. She also worked as national press secretary for the Trump 2020 presidential campaign. After President Biden’s inauguration, she joined FOX News as an on-air commentator.
