Caitlin Clark is certainly enjoying her offseason.
Iowa women’s basketball had some special guests attend practice last week. Former Hawkeyes Caitlin Clark, Kate Martin, and Gabbie Marshall stopped by the team’s facility and had some fun.
One video showed Caitlin Clark with her closest friends from Iowa, Kate Martin and Gabbie Marshall. It also featured current Iowa player Jada Gyamfi, who is gearing up for her junior year with the team.
The girls even had time to do a heartwarming TikTok.
A carousel post on the Overtime WBB Instagram page also showed getting excited about the Hawkeyes scoring on a nifty play and running onto the court while Hawkeyes of past and present all enjoyed a laugh.
The video ends with Clark calling across the court to Martin, who cracks a sly smile while sitting on the sideline.
Both Marshall and Clark graduated from the University of Iowa in 2024.
Caitlin Clark Had One of The Greatest Rookie Seasons In WNBA History
The Indiana Fever returned to the WNBA playoffs after eight years after they had Caitlin Clark leading the way.
She did this just one season after they were the worst team in the Eastern Conference.
She is coming off a sensational season in which she averaged 19.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, 8.4 assists, and 1.3 steals per contest while shooting 41.7% from the field and 34.4% from three-point range in 40 games.
Clark led the league with 8.4 assists, becoming the first rookie to ever lead in that category.
Clark was named the 2024 WNBA Rookie of The Year.
Season 2 is only going to be greater, especially when the team hires the next head coach.
