Earhardt, who co-hosts the popular morning show alongside Steve Doocy and Brian Kilmeade, made her comeback with an Instagram post thanking fans for their support.
“Big thank you to our good friend @piersmorgan for teaching us some cricket!” she shared on Instagram, alongside a photo of her holding a cricket bat with her co-hosts and guest Piers Morgan.
During her brief time away, fellow Fox News star Kayleigh McEnany filled in for her, much to the delight of viewers. McEnany, the former White House Press Secretary, made the announcement on social media, telling fans she’d be stepping in for her friend and colleague, Ainsley. “Join us from 6am-9am ET and Happy Fourth of July to all!” McEnany wrote in her tweet.
The return of Earhardt to the show was met with excitement from her fans, who flooded her Instagram post’s comment section with messages of support. One fan wrote, “Welcome back @aearhardt,” while another commented, “Great show this morning.” A third added, “Great Group,” expressing their appreciation for the dynamic trio.
Earhardt has been a staple at Fox News since 2007, making her mark on several panels and programs, including Hannity. She became a co-host of Fox & Friends in 2016 and has also worked on Fox & Friends Weekend, All-American New Year’s Eve, and America’s News Headquarters.
