Mike Tyson and Jake Paul faced off last Friday, November 15, in a fight that was expected by many; however, it fell short, as they expected more, at least from the legendary boxer, who did not throw a single punch and the famous YouTuber took the victory by unanimous decision.
The fight continues to be a hot topic of conversation, and now an alleged script has been leaked, suggesting that the fight was rigged.
What does the alleged fight script say?
The document states that the fight should have ended with Jake Paul knocking out Mike Tyson in the fifth round, but that did not happen, as the fight went to the scheduled 8 rounds.
The alleged script indicates step by step what should happen in each round, and it is in the fifth where it says “the decisive round.”
“Paul, sensing Tyson’s fatigue, will advance with more aggression. A three-punch combination will send Tyson crashing into the ropes. Paul connects perfectly with a right hook to the chin. Tyson’s legs buckle and he falls to the canvas. The referee starts the count, but Tyson, despite his warrior’s heart, cannot beat the count of ten. Winner: Jake Paul by KO ,” it reads.

This document has certainly given a lot to talk about among boxing fans and has generated divided opinions, as one sector believes that this script is false and the fight was not based on it, while others do believe that it could have been.
Mike Tyson’s words after losing to Jake Paul
“This is one of those situations where you lost, but you still won. I’m thankful for last night. I don’t regret getting in the ring one last time. I almost died in June. I had eight blood transfusions. I lost half my blood and 25 pounds in the hospital and I had to fight my way back to health to be able to fight, so I won.”
