MALAYSIA – A 58-year-old woman suddenly fainted and passed away, less than 2 hours after her mother passed away. The pain of losing her mother seemed too great for her to overcome.

This tragic story happened in Malaysia. On the evening of January 1, Saonah Kasmi (58 years old) received the news that her mother had passed away at the age of 84.

Although she was not feeling well, she still decided to go to her sister’s house in Parit Sulong, Johor to see her mother off for the last time.

The deep love and attachment between mother and daughter made her disregard her own health.

“When she arrived, I noticed that she was not feeling well but she still tried to see her mother one last time. She had a heart condition. The shocking news that day seemed to have a great impact on her,” said Saonah’s sister.

While sitting next to her mother’s body, Saonah suddenly passed out. The family quickly administered first aid and called an ambulance. Medical staff later confirmed that she had passed away.

The sudden passing of both mother and daughter left the family in great pain.

“It’s hard to accept this fact. She was very close to her mother. Every weekend, she visited her mother. Now they have both passed away,” Saonah’s sister shared.

On January 2, both Saonah and her mother were buried at the cemetery. The image of the mother and daughter resting together left a deep impression on relatives and friends.
