Fox News host Greg Gutfeld has recently opened up about his life at home with his newborn daughter, Mira, and how he’s settling into fatherhood at 60. After taking 46 days of paternity leave, Gutfeld returned to screens to share how he’s adjusting to life as a new father at his $10.5 million New York City apartment, purchased just months before the birth.
Gutfeld, who hosts The Five and his late-night show Gutfeld!, admitted that much of the responsibility for caring for baby Mira has fallen to his wife, Elena Moussa, 42. With humor, Gutfeld confessed that he’s “terrible at everything” when it comes to baby duties. While Elena handles the late-night feeds and diaper changes, Gutfeld provides “emotional support,” wandering around the apartment asking, “Is everything okay?”

The couple welcomed Mira in December, much to the delight of fans who had been speculating about Gutfeld’s absence from the screen. Gutfeld humorously shared that his daughter has his wife’s “beautiful eyes” and his “rock-hard abs.”
In preparation for their growing family, the couple bought a lavish loft in SoHo for $10.5 million in July 2024. The condo, located in a renovated 1900s-era building, boasts 3,560 square feet of living space—more than enough room for the growing family. The unit also includes a child’s bedroom, showing that Gutfeld and Moussa were already planning ahead for baby Mira’s arrival.

While their New York residence will serve as their primary home, the couple also has a lake house in South Salem, purchased in 2018. Though Gutfeld briefly listed the property for rent, it seems to have found a new tenant, allowing them to continue escaping the city when they need a break.
Gutfeld and Moussa, who married in 2004 after meeting in Portugal, often share glimpses of their life on social media, including adorable moments with their French bulldog, Gus. Gutfeld’s journey into fatherhood and his growing family are sure to keep fans engaged as he navigates this new chapter in his life.
In a lighthearted moment during his return to The Five, Gutfeld confessed that during his paternity leave, he binge-watched all of Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan’s content. Now, as a father, Gutfeld’s life is in a new phase, and it’s clear that despite the humor, he’s embracing fatherhood with all the love and excitement that comes with it.
