Jesse Watters Sparks Outrage with Controversial Take on Birthday Wishes: ‘Peak Stupidity’ Say Critics

Fox News host Jesse Watters has left fans feeling confused thanks to his unconventional view on men wishing each other “Happy Birthday”

Jesse Watters has infuriated fans once again thanks to his bizarre outlook on men wishing each other Happy Birthday.

The  Fox News host, who once proclaimed that men shouldn’t be seen licking ice cream in public, was back Wednesday with another odd take: that men shouldn’t tell other men “happy birthday.”

Jesse’s rather odd outlook came off the back of it being President Joe Biden’s 82nd birthday on Wednesday.

The special occasion prompted the political commentator to explain why he would not be giving the customary message.

“Primetime would wish him a happy birthday, but we have rules here: Men don’t wish men happy birthdays,” he stated.

Jesse made a similar comment on the September 12 episode of his show when it was his colleague Greg Gutfeld’s birthday.

“I’m not wishing him a happy birthday. That would not be manly,” he said at the time.

Despite his opinion, Jesse has wished other men happy birthday before.

“Everyone keeps wishing me a happy birthday…but it’s not my birthday. It’s @DavidSchwimmer … happy bday … you look good bro,” Jesse penned in a November 2017 post on what was then Twitter, tagging an account appearing to belong to the Friends actor.

Fans were also not impressed with Jesse’s remark. Taking to X, viewer @ElizabethShaula wrote: “He’s so pathetically stupid.”

A second fan @VashH3 asked: “What ??? How many times was Watters dropped on his head at birth,” with @mrhenderson95 adding: “Peak stupidity!”

And user @cdacko claimed: “There is something wrong with this guy.”

While @ergoking blasting: “Jesse Watters sounds like a deeply self-loathing man who has unresolved sexuality issues. Real men have no qualms about normal human interactions, such as wishing another person a Happy Birthday.”
