Security guards came over to remove him from his seat. At first glance, it looked like the supporter was getting ejected, but her returned to his seat a few minutes later.
Shortly after the fan was removed by security, Clark appeared to discuss what the fan had said to her with Fever teammates Lexie Hull and NaLyssa Smith.

Smith’s instant reaction was caught on camera, moving her head backward in a shocked fashion.

It is unclear what the fan actually said to Clark, but given Smith’s reaction to it, it couldn’t have been good.

For most of the season, Smith had been starting alongside Clark for the Fever, including Game 1 against the Sun. But in Game 2, coach Christie Sides elected to replace her with Temi Fagbenle as a matchup decision.
