Former UConn basketball star Gabby Williams signed a deal to rejoin the Seattle Storm after leading France to a silver medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Williams did not play in the first half of the WNBA season while with her French national team for the Olympics.
She is now back and showing out.
The 27-year-old Gabby Williams faced off against the Washington Mystics in her season debut at Climate Pledge Arena, and she showed up and showed out in her eye-popping outfit.
Williams was pictured rocking a strapless handkerchief top, as she did not wear a bra with the outfit.
She added some blue jeans and a huge tote bag with white tennis shoes to finish off the look.
Williams, who spent the last two years with Seattle, got her name buzzing again when she became a pivotal factor in helping France win a silver medal and was named the Best Defensive Player of the tournament.
“We’re thrilled to have Gabby back with the Storm,” Storm head coach Noelle Quinn said. “Gabby is a dynamic player who brings tremendous versatility. She’s a two-way player that can guard multiple positions and has a strong offensive game; given her familiarity with our system, we know she can have an immediate impact. Gabby’s Olympic performance showcased her world-class talent, and we’re excited to have her join us as we push for the playoffs.”
