“New Lawsuit Accuses Diddy’s Son Christian of Assault: Unraveling the Complex Legal Drama”
In a startling turn of events, a new lawsuit has been filed against Christian Combs, son of rap mogul Diddy, alleging assault during a trip on a yacht in 2022. The 31-page lawsuit, filed in LA County Superior Court, recounts an incident where the plaintiff, identified as Grace Marqu, claims she was working as a stewardess on a yacht owned by Diddy when Christian Combs allegedly drugged and assaulted her.
According to the lawsuit, audio recordings made during the night in question purportedly capture Marqu denying Christian’s advances as he allegedly groped her. In one recording, a woman believed to be Marqu is heard protesting, “Excuse me, you don’t touch my legs like that. I’ll move my legs where I want to.”
The lawsuit outlines the events of the evening, alleging that Christian Combs, then 26 years old, engaged in inappropriate behavior after arriving on the yacht intoxicated. Marqu claims that Combs pressured her to consume alcohol, and when she refused, he allegedly made unwanted advances and subjected her to assault.
The recordings, reportedly made by a producer present on the yacht, document Marqu’s attempts to resist Combs’ advances, including her requests to leave and her refusal to engage in further interaction with him.
Furthermore, the lawsuit asserts that Marqu’s attempts to report the incident to the yacht’s captain the following day were met with disbelief, and she was subsequently fired from her position. Marqu alleges that the assault had severe repercussions on her mental health, leading to anxiety, panic attacks, and suicidal thoughts.
Christian Combs is facing allegations of sexual assault, harassment, and causing emotional distress, while Diddy, who rented the yacht for the trip, is also named in the lawsuit. Both defendants have denied the accusations, with their lawyer dismissing the lawsuit as “trashy and baseless.”
This latest legal action adds to the mounting legal challenges facing Diddy and his family. Diddy himself has been the subject of multiple lawsuits, including allegations of assault, trafficking, and other misconduct, which he vehemently denies.
The unfolding drama surrounding Diddy and his family underscores the complexities of power, fame, and accountability in the entertainment industry. As the legal battles continue to unfold, the repercussions could have far-reaching implications for the father-son duo and their reputation in the music and entertainment world.
