Fox Sports Case 5

VIDEO: ‘First Take’ Delivers Brutal Takedown of FOX Sports Over Shocking Lack of Accountability Amid Explosive Sexual Harassment Scandal Involving Skip Bayless & Joy Taylor!

Stephen A. Smith, Cam Newton, and Dan Orlovsky on 'First Take'
Shots were fired at FOX Sports during Thursday’s episode of ‘First Take’ as former NFL quarterback Cam Newton put the network on blast for its failure to address the recent bombshell lawsuit.

2024-2025 NFL – RECEIVING TOUCHDOWNS Leaderboards

FOX is under some scrutiny following the filing of a suit accusing former show host Skip Bayless and top executive Charlie Dixon of harassment, with Skip accused of making an offer of $1.5 million to hairstylist Noushin Faraji in an attempt to get her into his bed.

It also alleges that popular on-air personalities Emmanuel Acho and Joy Taylor were intimate, while Joy is also said to have slept with Dixon to further her career at the network.

To date, no one from FOX has addressed the suit, and the parties involved have carried on with their jobs without a single mention.

Cam Newton Calls Out Double Standard On ‘First Take

Newton suggested that there is a double standard regarding athletes and the media, comparing Ravens tight end Mark Andrews’ refusal to speak to reporters after his crucial drop to FOX’s refusal to even acknowledge the suit.

“We haven’t been holding people to the same fire,” he said. “So Mark Andrews, it’s okay bro, you ain’t gotta talk to nobody because in other networks, there’s lawsuits that’s been out. We ain’t heard nobody say nothing about that.”

Stephen A. Smith seemed confused and asked Cam what he was speaking about while Dan Orlovsky struggled to keep a straight face.

“When there’s a FOX report that comes out and we haven’t heard anybody speak about anything or make any type of public announcement, nobody has held FOX to that same thing,” Newton explained. “So why are we talking about making a big fuss about Mark Andrews if you’re not gonna keep that same energy across the board?”

For his part, Smith has said he doubts Bayless would do the things he’s been accused of as the man he knows is not that kind of person and would have a hard time giving away $15, let alone $1.5 million.
