Caitlin Clark playing against the Lynx

Whoever keeps making the comparisons of rookies Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese needs to stop right now and reconsider their position.

Although Reese will definitely be a historic player in this league and will offer Clark a lot of competition, this rookie season has been a no-brainer to pick the best. Granted, Reese has gone through some incredible moments this season that would’ve gotten her the Rookie of the Year Award without a problem.

But Caitlin Clark is a generational talent like no other. Many are already calling her the female Stephen Curry due to hiw similar their styles are.

Clark managed to keep making history on Saturday evening when the Indiana Fever faced the Minnesota Lynx, a game Clark lost but a game where she also reached an important milestone.

Caitlin Clark makes WNBA history in her rookie season

There are already a few rookie records Caitlin Clark set but the one she got tonight against the Lynx is definitely one for which she will be remembered. In just 29 career games in the NBA, Caitlin Clark already made 500 points and 200 assists.

That is the fastest any other player has reached this mark in WNBA history. There is a clear pattern we’ve already seen here and Caitlin Clark will only keep improving.

It’s still not clear whether Indiana Feer will be able to reach the playoffs this season but certainly tonight’s performance for Caitlin Clark can at least secure her the Rookie of the Year Award already.

Earlier this week, Angel Reese was absolutely roasted with the poor performance she gave while playing for the Chicago Sky.

Something that she will have a hard time forgetting after some time has passed It’s not like Angel Reese won’t have a chance to get that sweet revenge from Clark, this season should certainly get her hyped up for the upcoming seasons.

We knew these two would created a fantastic rivalry but it has been pretty one-sided by this point in Caitlin Clark’s favor. You just have to stop for a second and watch the impressive form she displays in very play with the ball at her hands.

It’s like watching ballet.
