“What a blessing,” McEnany expressed. “We prayed a lot about this, and God just blessed us with a child, a second child to join baby Blake, my daughter.”
McEnany and her husband, Sean Gilmartin, are already proud parents to their daughter, Blake Avery.
Gilmartin, a former Major League Baseball pitcher, spent 11 years in professional baseball. Throughout his career, he played for several teams, including the New York Mets, the Baltimore Orioles, and the Tampa Bay Rays.
He was originally drafted by the Atlanta Braves as the 28th overall pick in the 2011 MLB draft.
Kayleigh McEnany and Sean Gilmartin tied the knot in November 2017 following two years of dating. Two years later, in November 2019, McEnany shared the exciting news that they had welcomed their first child.
“@GilmartinSean and I are so blessed to welcome our first baby – Blake Avery Gilmartin – into the world!” she posted on Twitter at the time, expressing gratitude by adding, “What a blessing from God she is to our family!”
McEnany served as the White House press secretary during Donald Trump’s presidency. After the transition of power and President Joe Biden’s inauguration, she stepped away from her role in the Trump administration.
Shortly afterward, she transitioned into media, becoming an on-air commentator for Fox News. Eventually, McEnany joined Outnumbered as a co-host, working alongside Harris Faulkner and Emily Compagno.
