Lara Trump slammed over Fox debut as she’s accused of nepotism

She’s bagged a top television role on Fox News and now Lara Trump has been panned over her show debut as fans accuse her of nepotism.

The daughter-in-law of President Donald Trump, as she’s married to his son Eric Trump, launched her show, My View with Lara Trump, on Fox News, featuring interviews with women from the Trump administration, including Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.

However, some viewers said she was only there because of her family connections. They flocked to social media site X to share their views. One person remarked, “Lol all your guests are Fox only guests, who can’t handle the media beyond the warm cozy Fox embrace – wow your viewers are sheep begging for affirmation from Lara Trump.”

Another said, “Lara only has a show on Fox News because of nepotism. She’d be nowhere without riding on the coattails of the Trump name.” A third chimed in, “Ahhh…. good old nepotism. Lara would be working a bath and body works if she hadn’t married Trump’s slow son.”

No everyone shared the same view. Others praised Lara for her debut. One said, “Lara you were FANTASTIC! Your show brings a new view into politics and the Trump White House. Your style is so very conversational, relaxed, engaging yet very professional. I am looking forward to Saturday nights with Lara. May God continue to protect &bless you and your family.”

Television fans also had plenty to say about her appearance on the show. Trump is no stranger to speculation about her looks and rumors of cosmetic procedures and this didn’t change as she made her first broadcast. Comments poured in from both critics and fans alike.

“What in the horse face happened to Lara Trump?” one person asked on X.Another chimed in, “What has Lara Trump done to her face? Did she have plastic surgery? New cheek bones? She was pretty.”

This isn’t the first time that Trump has raised eyebrows for her looks. During the inauguration of her father-in-law Donald Trump in January, people were quick to comment on the Fox News host’s possible plastic surgery.

“Most [women] look worse after plastic surgery. Just look at literally all the Trump women,” one person said. Another added, “What’s up with Lara Trump’s eyes???”
