Lara Trump’s new show made a splashy debut on Fox News, but it wasn’t just her talking points that caught viewers’ attention.
The daughter-in-law of President Donald Trump, who is married to his son Eric Trump, launched her show, My View with Lara Trump, on Fox News, featuring interviews with women from the Trump administration, including Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt. However, some viewers were more focused on Trump herself–and her seemingly ever-changing appearance.
Trump is no stranger to speculation about her looks and rumors of cosmetic procedures, and this didn’t change as she made her first broadcast. Comments poured in from both critics and fans alike, reports the Express US.
“What in the horse face happened to Lara Trump?” one person asked on X, formally known as Twitter. Another chimed in: “What has Lara Trump done to her face? Did she have plastic surgery? New cheek bones? She was pretty.”

This isn’t the first time that Trump has raised eyebrows for her looks. During the inauguration of her father-in-law Donald Trump in January, people were quick to comment on the Fox News host’s possible plastic surgery.
“Most [women] look worse after plastic surgery. Just look at literally all the Trump women,” one person said. Another added: “What’s up with Lara Trump’s eyes???”
Saturday, Feb. 22, kicked off the first episode of Trump’s new show on Fox News, My View with Lara Trump. This is the first time that a close relative of the current president hosted their own news show.
Fox News is known for typically giving news that is very pro-Donald Trump, but after Trump supporters stormed the capital on January 6, 2021, after claims that the 2020 presidential election was rigged, the network started to distance itself.
Donald Trump later shunned the network in November 2022, though the news channel still shares news with a conservative bias. Lara Trump spoke to Time Magazine about her new show, telling them it would hopefully reconnect Donald Trump and the network.
“I certainly hope they can take me being on the team at Fox as a very clear indication as to where Fox stands,” she said.
