Sophia Smith, who famously dated Liam back in 2013-2015, around the height of One Direction‘s popularity, is getting married! Her boyfriend James Bridgwood popped the question on Christmas Day, as their 1-year-old daughter Angelina looked on.

Sophia never spoke publicly about Liam’s passing. But the couple, who went to school together back before he got famous, were really serious for a moment. He said once they’d even talked about marriage… Though ultimately they decided to go solo, as it were, back in October 2015.
