Helen Flanagan looked a little bit worse for wear as she left her birthday celebrations in Manchester on Saturday.

The former Coronation Street star celebrated her 34th birthday earlier this week and went out at the weekend to mark the occasion at MNKY HSE.

The soap actress went braless in a ruffled pink gown, which she scooped up with one hand on her way home.

Helen looked full of joy as she teetered around in a pair of heels with her blonde locks flowing freely around her shoulders.

In terms of makeup, Helen went for an extravagant look made up of huge eyelashes, blusher and a whack of pink lipstick.

The joyous night out for the former I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! contestant comes after she opened up on personal heartbreak.

Helen has  three children – Matilda, nine, Delilah, six, and three-year-old Charlie with her former fiance Scott Sinclaire, but the pair split in 2022 before she made it down the aisle.

As she struggled with her emotions, she also had a frightening reaction to her ADHD medication that plunged her into psychosis.

‘I really wasn’t very well,’ she recalls now. ‘Basically I was struggling with my mental health around December and January, so I took my medication to try to make me feel better, and then unfortunately it just made things worse.’

It took weeks for  Helen to recover during which she was forced to withdraw from a touring production of Cluedo that she’d hoped would mark a return to the dramatic spotlight.

She was eventually replaced by her former co-star and Strictly Come Dancing winner Ellie Leach, but will make her comeback on Celebs Go Dating instead.

Dating agent Anna Williamson, 42, revealed Helen was incredibly close to getting booted off Celebs Go Dating after breaking one of the agencies’ rules.

Speaking about the juicy series, which airs later this year, Anna told The Sun: ‘Helen, I just love her.

‘What I will say about her though – and I don’t want to spoil anything – but Helen has the biggest cliffhanger pivot of a storyline that we’ve ever had in Celebs Go Dating history.

”Helen nearly got thrown out of the agency two weeks ago. She did something huge which goes against all the rules of the agency.’
