According to Kensington Palace, the Princess of Wales has extended an invitation to a select group of people to attend her Christmas carol concert on December 6 at Westminster Abbey.
According to the Palace, 42-year-old Princess of Wales has invited the young survivors of the horrific Southport stabbing.

The knife attack at a dance class with a Taylor Swift theme on July 29 left the community devastated, with three children killed and ten others gravely wounded.
Following a private meeting with the families of Bebe King, age six, Elsie Dot Stancombe, age seven, and Alice Dasilva Aguiar, age nine, as well as the first responders at the scene, Catherine and her husband Prince William made the announcement.

They also got to know 35-year-old dance instructor Leanne Lucas, who suffered serious injuries in the assault.

Catherine’s concert
The first joyous occasion in Catherine’s calendar since finishing her cancer preventative chemotherapy in September will be her performance at the Princess’ Together at Christmas concert. Since 2021, the mother of three has hosted the yearly celebration of those who help those in need.

According to Kensington Palace, “how much we need each other, especially in the most difficult times of our lives” will be the theme of the festive service in 2024.
“The service will highlight people from across the United Kingdom who have demonstrated love, kindness, and empathy for others in their communities,” the statement continued.

Her Royal Highness wanted to honor the numerous individuals who have helped those in need this year. These individuals have inspired, counseled, consoled, and most importantly, demonstrated that love is the best gift we can receive.
“This theme takes inspiration from the Christmas story which encourages us to consider the experiences of others and the important human need of giving and receiving empathy.”
