The Golden State Warriors need help and there is no secret to that. Stepehen Curry seems alone on the court especially after the uncertainty of Draymond Green’s consistency on the court, as he can very well miss many games if his temper does not help.

With that said, it turns out that they could receive a boost from their owner, if in fact he decides to provide resources or keep them all to himself. Warriors billionaire owner Joe Lacob has put his mansion in Malibu, California up for sale and because of what the property means and has, people will eventually pay for it.

The price of it is at $44 million and it is totally worth it as it has five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms across 5,512 square feet on three levels of living space. It might seem as a high price but the people that have the money will see the real value in it and he phones will start ringing soon.

This can help the Warriors

While the Golden State Warriors have their own budget and revenue, there is a possibility that Joe Lacob might use some of the money he gets in return for the house to help out the team. While it is uncertain at the time, he very much loves his team and would like to see it back up in the standings soon.

The oceanfront home was purchased by Lacob back in 2019 for just under $30 million; it is interesting that the deal at the time closed for about 15% less than the asking price, with this being $34.5 million.

The property is located in Carbon Beach, a place known to many as Billionaires Beach because of the long spread of mega mansions along its shore and the people that live in them or that are putting them for sell.
