FIGHT FOR JUSTICE – New Charge: Woman Claims Diddy and Bodyguard DRUGGED and ASSAULTED Her

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing significant legal challenges as a new lawsuit has been filed against him, bringing the total number of lawsuits to eleven. This development follows his recent indictment in New York on federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution. Combs currently remains incarcerated in a Brooklyn jail, where he is awaiting further legal proceedings.

The plaintiff in the latest lawsuit, Talia Graves, delivered a heartfelt statement detailing the traumatic impact of an incident she alleges occurred in 2001. At the time, Graves was 25 years old and involved with a Bad Boy Records executive when she claims she was summoned to a meeting with Combs. During this meeting, she alleges she was given a drink that caused her to briefly lose consciousness. Upon regaining awareness, she found herself bound and restrained, and she claims that she was subsequently raped by Combs. Furthermore, Graves reported that the incident was recorded without her consent.

“The trauma of the assault has taken a toll on my mental health,” Graves stated emotionally. “I’ve had PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I’m emotionally scarred. It has been hard for me to trust others, to form healthy relationships, or even feel safe in my own skin.”

In addition to Combs, the lawsuit also names his head of security, who Graves claims played a role in the incident by slamming her onto a table, with her cries for help reportedly ignored. The legal action alleges that the defendants caused Graves to be depicted in a video that exposed her intimate body parts while engaging in sexual conduct. According to the lawsuit, she did not consent to the videotaping.

Graves is represented by attorney Gloria Allred, who revealed that her client did not come to her following last week’s indictment. Instead, Graves first learned of the existence of the video recording last year, over two decades after the alleged incident. Allred and Graves expressed concerns that the recording may still be circulating and have called for its destruction.

“This pain reaches into the very core of who you are, leaving emotional scars that may never fully heal,” Allred stated.

As of now, attempts to contact Combs’ legal team have gone unanswered. Reports indicate that he is currently living in a barracks-style cell at the Brooklyn facility, where he is continuing to face mounting legal pressures. The situation remains fluid, and further developments are anticipated as the legal battles unfold.
