Shocking confession: Liam Payne had another accident before his horrific accident

Page Six reported that a guest staying at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina, at the same time as Liam Payne, recounted the last time they saw the famous singer. According to the witness, the former One Direction member had caused disturbances multiple times in the hotel lobby, to the extent that staff had to escort him back to his room. Notably, during the final incident, Payne collapsed and lay unconscious in the hotel lobby.

Following this, hotel staff reportedly brought Liam Payne back to his room and left him alone, rather than keeping him in a public area where he could be monitored while awaiting emergency medical assistance. This raised immediate questions about whether CasaSur Palermo staff had been negligent in assessing the singer’s condition to prevent unfortunate incidents.

According to a police report, about 10 minutes before Liam’s fatal fall, the head receptionist made two urgent calls to 999 (the emergency medical response service) requesting immediate assistance after noting a guest displaying “suspicious behavior possibly due to drugs or alcohol.” Though Payne’s name wasn’t mentioned, staff reportedly expressed fears for the guest’s safety, as he was in a room with a balcony and not fully conscious. Seven minutes later, authorities arrived to find Liam Payne’s body in the hotel courtyard. This suggested that during the wait for the police, aside from making the report, the hotel staff took no further action to assist Payne, despite knowing his life was at risk.

After Payne’s death, close sources claimed the former One Direction member might have been saved had hotel staff and those around him shown more concern. “If someone had called medical help when Payne was showing aggressive, unusual behavior in the lobby on the morning of October 16, rather than leaving him alone in his room in a psychotic state, things might have turned out differently,” the source said.

Alberto Crescenti, the head of Buenos Aires’ emergency medical service, confirmed Payne had fallen from a height of approximately 14 meters to the hotel courtyard. Preliminary autopsy results indicated he had sustained 25 severe injuries, causing both internal and external bleeding, including a fractured skull. Significantly, according to the Argentine prosecutor’s office, it appeared Payne may have fallen from the hotel balcony while either semi-conscious or fully unconscious, without any reflexive attempt to protect himself.

An initial toxicology report showed the presence of cocaine, crack cocaine, and the sedative benzodiazepine in the 31-year-old singer’s system. Payne had also reportedly used “pink cocaine,” a drug often mixed with methamphetamine, ketamine, MDMA, and other substances, known to cause dangerous hallucinations and psychosis. This toxicology result aligned with the police’s earlier assessment that Payne had been under the influence, leading him to jump from the hotel’s third-floor balcony. A hotel staff member was allegedly involved in supplying drugs to him.

Currently, prosecutors are continuing their investigation into Payne’s death, analyzing data from his phone, computer, and security cameras. Police have also reconstructed the scene and interviewed multiple hotel employees and medical experts. It may take at least 10 days before Payne’s body can be returned to his family for funeral arrangements.

A friend of Liam Payne’s family told DailyMail, “Liam’s father was informed it could take 10 days to complete testing, only after which Liam can be brought home. This situation is very challenging for him. Geoff is devastated by the loss of his son but refuses to leave Argentina until he can bring Liam back. The hardest part for him is the uncertain wait, with no end in sight.”
