The proud dad and his kids were seen leaving celebrity hot spot Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica.

Rock shares his daughters with his ex-wife Malaak Compton-Rock whom he married in 1996 and divorced in 2016.

This sighting comes after he hit the Creative Artist’s Agency’s annual pre-Oscar bash on Friday.

At the party, the Everybody Hates Chris alum, 59, posed for a picture with Borat actor Sacha Baron Cohen, 52.

It has been only two years since that infamous Will Smith, 55, slap. It is not known if Rock will be attending Sunday’s Academy Awards.

The 96th Annual Academy Awards today takes place two years after The Bad Boys actor got out of his seat and walked onto the stage to slap Rock after he made a comment about Jada Pinkett Smith, 52.

The joke was about her shaved head, saying, ‘Jada, I love you, G.I. Jane 2, can’t wait to see it!’ in a reference to the 1997 movie which featured Demi Moore with a shaved head. (Pinkett Smith has been diagnosed with alopecia, which causes hair loss.)

Smith then walked onstage and smacked Rock, then returned to his seat and shouted at him twice, ‘Keep my wife’s name out of your f***ing mouth!’ to a stunned audience.

Later in the evening during his acceptance speech for winning the Best Actor Oscar for his role as tennis patriarch Richard Williams in King Richard – Smith apologized to the Academy and other nominees, but made no reference to Rock.

Smith subsequently apologized on multiple occasions over the incident, and resigned from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences ahead of being issued a 10-year ban from the Oscars.
