KANSAS City Chiefs star player Travis Kelce has purchased a stunning new property just outside his home base — and fans think they know why.

Travis recently bought the 17,000 square-foot mansion, located in a suburb in Leawood, Kansas not far from his team’s home stadium, for $6 million.

The property offers Travis and his famous girlfriend, Taylor Swift, 3.5 acres of land, a private cul-de-sac, and lots of trees to block the view from outsiders.

The home has six bedrooms and six bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a formal dining room, a media lounge, a wine cellar, and a full bar.

It also includes an expansive pool and deck area, tennis court, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and miniature golf course.

The tight-end player scored a deal on the house — it was listed at a price almost $1 million higher just last year, according to Realtor.com.

Although Travis already owns a 4,200 square-foot home in Kansas City’s Briarcliff West neighborhood that he bought in 2019, the player’s new digs offer much more privacy.

Travis owns other high-end homes too, such as his $355,000 condo in Orlando, Florida.

It boasts two gorgeous bedrooms and bathrooms along with a wrap-around balcony offering unparalleled views.

So why did the lauded player opt in for another mansion in Kansas City?

Fans think Travis wanted to be able to have more privacy with his girlfriend, Taylor, whose relationship has been a hot topic for tabloids.

The news about the two becoming an item broke in September 2022, and the couple has been followed by paparazzi ever since.

Travis traveled to Argentina to support his billionaire girlfriend during one of her recent tour stops, and images of the pair holding hands immediately appeared online.

Taylor performed at a completely sold-out stadium after canceling a concert the night before.

And Taylor appears to also be on the market for some new properties.

As Taylor’s global appeal continues to soar along with her bank balance, the 34-year-old is looking to invest in some of Europe’s hottest spots for real estate.

Although she already owns up to $80 million in homes in places like London, New York City, Los Angeles, and Tennessee, the star has reportedly been looking at new homes in Portugal, Spain, and Morocco.
