Emma Watson, the actress known for portraying the role of Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter franchise believes in continuing the image. Being an actress, Watson has been offered multiple roles throughout her career but she does not want to spoil the image of Hermione Granger doing something that she would not do.

Talking about nudity and explicit roles in films, the Noah actress had only a single condition for the role. Wanting to inspire people around the world by being Hermione Granger, Watson would break her explicit rule based on the condition that she is, after all, an actress.

Emma Watson Will Break Her Rule Under One Condition!

Ever since the release of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone back in 2001, Emma Watson has remained in the spotlight throughout her Hollywood career. Being attached to the role of Hermione Granger ever since she was young, the actress feels that people associate her with Granger and she doesn’t want to break that image of her.

Being an actress, the Beauty and the Beast actor has been offered multiple roles throughout her career. Naturally, some of the roles were explicit in nature but Emma Watson has a strict policy against undressing or doing drugs as an actor. She did reveal, however, that she may break the policy under a single condition.

Talking about a character getting undressed or doing drugs, The Circle actress revealed that she will only do the acting if the moment is significant to the character’s development and/or to the story.

“I’ve been saying since I was 16 that if it’s an interesting character and important for the character development, and of course if it’s important to the story, then I’ll do it because I’m an actress and that’s it really,”
She further stated that she is so proud and attached to the role of Hermione Granger that Emma Watson would not do anything to harm that image of her.

Being a goody-two-shoes, Emma Watson felt that the character of Hermione Granger inspired billions of people worldwide. Not wanting to ruin that image of her, the Little Women actress stated that she doesn’t do anything that Hermione Granger wouldn’t do.

“I’m not going to get my kit off or snort cocaine in a film, just to leave Hermione behind, I’m not going to do something shocking because I’m so paranoid or insecure that I can’t play another role convincingly. I don’t want everyone to forget me as Hermione. I’m really proud of her.”
