Kourtney, 44, launched the lifestyle website Poosh in March 2019 as her first real foray into the health and wellness space.
POOSH
On the website, Poosh is described as “the modern guide to living your best life,” with its mission being to “educate, motivate, create, and curate a modern lifestyle achievable by all.”
In a message from Kourtney, the reality TV star explained that she decided to launch the website because she felt that “something was missing in the healthy lifestyle space.
“Healthy living gets a bad rap; it’s as though if you care about what you put in — or on — your body, then you’re not sexy or cool. But this just isn’t true, and Poosh is here to prove just that.”
Kourtney revealed: “People are constantly asking me how I do it all, from being a mom to working full-time to still maintaining a social life. I get endless questions about food, kids, beauty, and fashion.
“So I decided to create Poosh, a curated experience and a destination for modern living.”

On an episode of The Kardashians, when talking to Gwyneth Paltrow, 51 — who runs the health and wellness brand, Goop — Kourtney revealed that she’s “on a journey.”
During an Instagram Q&A, Gwyneth was asked if she felt upset or threatened after Kourtney launched a wellness brand similar to hers.

The Oscar-winning actor replied: “This idea that women need to be in competition is legacy patriarchy bulls**t.
“There is room for every woman to fulfill her dreams.”
She continued: “I used to fall prey to this kind of thinking years ago so I understand where it comes from.
“Now I get so happy when I see a new wellness business.”
The Royal Tenenbaums star concluded: “There is a place for all of us, plus @kourtneykardashian is a really good person.”
LEMME
Lemme, launched in September of last year, is another health and wellness brand founded by Kourtney and is independent of Poosh.
The vitamin gummies brand is also independent of her mother Kris, as the company is not listed along with the other brands she manages.

Lemme’s founding principle is that “wellness should be delicious.”
In a founder’s note on the website, Kourtney revealed: “For the last 13 years, (after having my first baby and reading about the best foods to feed him) I became really aware of the importance of what we put into our bodies.
“Since then, I have tried so many different things and met with doctors, gurus, [and] specialists, in pursuit of living my healthiest and most balanced life– from oversized supplements that are difficult to swallow to gummy vitamins that were OK on taste but not so good on ingredients, and I learned so much along the way!”
The mother of four continued: “None of this made sense to me. Why can’t it be yummy and be good for you?
“Lemme tell you, it can!”
Kourtney then announced: “Meet Lemme – My new line of vitamin and botanical supplements I’ve created to become a divine part of your everyday life.
“I went on a mission to collaborate with doctors and scientists to create gummy vitamins and supplements that use clinically-backed ingredients and formulations that help you live your best life.”
She then added: “The twist? I made them so delicious you won’t believe they’re this good for you.”
There have been several different varieties of Lemme gummies since its launch, including Lemme Burn (a metabolism and fat-burning capsule), Lemme Glow (gummies formulated to promote healthy hair, skin, and nails), and Lemme Sleep (a melatonin-based supplement meant to aid sleep).
Kourtney founded the wellness company with friend and business partner Simon Huck.
While the brand has been met with success, some customers have taken issue with what they considered a high cost for the gummies.
Priced at $30 per bottle, one disappointed would-be customer joked: “We need Afterpay.”
One of the varieties offered, Lemme Purr, was also described as potentially harmful by health experts upon its release.

Celebrity Net Worth has placed Kourtney as the fifth wealthiest Kardashian, approximating her net worth to be $65 million.
For the majority of the TV personality’s adult life, Kourtney’s businesses have been managed by her mother Kris — though the family matriarch confessed that Kourtney hasn’t always been satisfied with her work.
During an interview with Wall Street Journal Magazine, Kris discussed her position as “momager” and revealed that all of her children have attempted to fire her at one point.
“Kourtney probably three or four times, and that’s just a day,” admitted Kris.
CREATING DISTANCE
Kourtney’s dissatisfaction and desire to become independent from her family have seeped into other aspects of her professional career as fans suspect the Poosh founder may have quit her family’s Hulu show after rarely appearing in the new season.
Following Kourtney’s notorious feud with her younger sister Kim Kardashian, 43, the Los Angeles native has barely appeared in Season 4 of The Kardashians.
Kourtney only appeared in a quick confessional in the newly-released episode, where she spoke about the dynamic of a sister relationship.
The new season has primarily focused on Kim, her sister Khloe, 39, and their mom Kris.
While sisters Kylie, 26, and Kendall, 27, have been featured less, Kourtney didn’t make an appearance until after its third episode — other than her voice on a phone call and in quick interviews.
Her ex-partner, Scott Disick, 40, was even featured in the third episode, as Khloe helped get his health back on track following his recent car accident.
Kourt’s lack of participation in the new season also came amid her pregnancy, which she revealed to the public in June.
Last season, showed her and her Travis going through the process of IVF.
Kourtney gave birth to her baby boy, named Rocky, last week.
Her feud with Kim, which blossomed as Kim agreed to do a runway show with Dolce & Gabbana after Kourt wore the designer to her Italy wedding, was never completely settled after last season.
Taking to social media, many fans questioned Kourtney’s lack of participation in Season 4.
“Still no my Kourtney in next week’s episode? Boring,” one user tweeted out.
Another wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter: “Kourtney could really have her own show called The Barker Bunch with her blended family and stepchildren music aspirations.”
A third asked: “Ok but did they dock Kourtney’s pay for this season? because she ain’t done a damn thing yet.”
Kourtney has been seemingly focused on her new family with Travis, another point Kim has brought up repetitively on the show.
FEUDING FOREVER
The premiere of Season 4 showed an explosive phone conversation between Kim and Kourtney.
Kim originally was seen calling her older sister to extend an invitation to a dinner with Dolce & Gabbana, to which Kourtney said she was “Dolce’d out.”
Kourt then said: “But I’m always supporting you of what you’re doing I just don’t think it’s cool the way that that particular thing happened.”
The two went back and forth for a while, mentioning how difficult it was to watch their scenes from the previous season of their Hulu series.
After Kim claimed her sister’s wedding fashion wasn’t original, Kourt clapped back: “You’re talking about the bulls**t details because it’s all your egotistical, selfish mind can think about.”
Kim broke down crying and asked Kourtney why she hated her so much.
The Skims mogul claimed: “You have a serious vendetta. You hate us. You are a different person. We all talk about it.”
Kourtney hit back: “Because I don’t need you guys anymore. I don’t need to be a part of it.”
She then accused Kim of being a narcissist, saying: “It is all about you. Anything you do, it’s about you and how it looks to the world about you.”
After the heated phone call, the famous family was seen going on a trip to Cabo San Lucas, where all but Kourtney were in attendance.
During the hurtful conversation, Kim also told her that she was part of a group chat named “Not Kourtney,” where she and others in Kourt’s inner circle voiced their concerns about her.
However, Kourtney later confirmed that only her sisters were a part of the group chat.
