Chi Lăng: Phát hiện, phá nhổ 259 cây th:uốc ph:iệ:n
Qua công tác nắm tình hình địa bàn, vào hồi 10 giờ 30 phút, ngày 19/1, Công an huyện Chi Lăng đã tiến hành kiểm tra và phát hiện tại khu vườn phía trước nhà của chị Hà Thị Minh Hương, sinh năm 1998, thôn Suối Mạ, xã Hữu Kiên, huyện Chi Lăng trồng 259 cây thuốc phiện, có chiều cao từ 3cm – 15cm.
Qua xác minh ban đầu, chị Hương khai nhận số cây thuốc phiện trên đã được gieo trồng khoảng 1 tháng với mục đích để làm thuốc chữa bệnh cho gia cầm.
Ngay sau khi phát hiện, Công an huyện Chi Lăng đã tiến hành kiểm đếm, phá nhổ toàn bộ 259 cây thuốc phiện, đồng thời lập biên bản, thu giữ tang vật, điều tra làm rõ để xử lý hành vi vi phạm của chị Hà Thị Minh Hương theo quy định của pháp luật.
