Nicki Minaj Splashes Out On A Luxurious Mansion Worth 19.5 Million Usd, Complete With A Spa To Bid Farewell To Renting Accommodations.

The large modern farmhouse, constructed this year by a local developer, was sold “before listing on the MLS,” according to the property agent. As a result, it never had a chance to go on the market.

Nicki Minaj has finally purchased a property after living in large properties distributed over the greater Los Angeles region, from Beverly Hills to Malibu, for many years. Records indicate that the renowned “Starships” of the Grammy Award-winning rapper have crashed-landed in Hidden Hills, a guard-gated community in the San Fernando Valley, where she has spent $19.5 mιllιon for a brand-new mansion.

Since there aren’t any pictures or information about the house, we can only go by tax records, which reveal that the approximately 12,000-square-foot house has eight bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and two powder rooms.

In the backyard, there is also a separate guesthouse, a cabana by the pool, a saltwater pool with a Jacuzzi, and a Baja shelf for sunbathing. The level, one-acre site has three vehicle garage space, lush lawns, and substantial landscaping for privacy.

The upper master suite has a private balcony that looks out onto the backyard, while the main house itself features pocketing glass doors that lead to numerous patios and terraces.

Minaj enjoys big, sprawling homes. The 40-year-old Trinidian-born singer currently resides with her husband in a hilltop rental estate in Calabasas, in one of the city’s many gated neighborhoods.

Although it appears likely that Minaj, Petty, and their entourage will soon relocate to their new and more opulent Hidden Hills mansion, the 1990s-built Mediterranean-inspired building features marble flooring, six bedrooms, and nine bathrooms in more than 10,000 square feet of living space.

Hidden Hills, formerly a sleepy, Kentucky-style neighborhood full of horse ranches, has recently emerged as a haven for the wealthy and famous looking for residential tranquility, particularly prominent athletes and singers.

Madonna, Jessica Simpson, Will and Jada Smith, Lori Loughlin, Sylvester Stallone, Ben Simmons, a large number of the Kardashians, and the majority of the current L.A. Rams roster are among the neighborhood’s residents. Today, the number of Ferraris and Lamborghinis in the area likely outnumber the number of horses.

The Hidden Hills listing was handled by Aaron Kirman and Danielle Nisim of AKG, and the buyer was represented by Kirman and Matt Adamo of AKG.
