Serena Williams admits she is not doing okay three months after giving birth to her second child. The 42-year-old tennis superstar says the last three months have been hard.

Serena and husband Alexis O’hanian welcomed a daughter, Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr., in September 2017. They tied the knot a month later. She gave birth to her second daughter on August 22, 2023.


Serena’s fans are concerned after she revealed her mental status in a post on Twitter/X.

“I am not ok today. And that’s ok to not be ok. No one is ok every single day. If you are not ok today I’m with you. There’s always tomorrow. Love you.”

In a follow-up tweet that shows Serena cuddling her infant, she wrote: “This makes me so happy.”
