Either you are itching to read this story or you are wondering, Who? Whichever way you slice it, their alleged feud is truly exhilarating!
Amid a plethora of notable Hollywood breakups and patch-ups, Drake and Bobbi Althoff have become the most one of the most surprising couples to make headlines.
Drake’s appearance on Althoff’s podcast, The Really Good Podcast, in 2023 led to the unlikely friendship between the influencer and the record-breaking rapper last summer. Indeed, last year’s interview went viral very quickly, catapulting her to unprecedented levels of fame as people responded to her hilariously awkward conversation with the Ontario-born rapper.
Drake in Headlines
The world was left wondering what had happened between Drake and Althoff following their widely circulated interview. Although the highly sought-after interview received millions of views on YouTube after it was released in July 2023, it has since been removed. Why would the interviewer featuring one of the biggest stars in the world remove the interview?
Decoding the Drama: What Happened Between Bobbi Althoff & Drake?
Fans went crazy when they learned that Bobbi Althoff had successfully gotten Drake to appear on her The Really Good Podcast in the summer of 2023. While the five-time Grammy Award winner was enjoying a cocktail, she managed to record the interview on his bed. Even from a few teaser clips, it was obvious that people would want to pay attention to this discussion.
In the since-deleted episode, the two discussed other rappers, the significance of their names, whether Drake would ever want to get married, and internet slang. Many people have even accused them of flirting in the original video, which continues to circulate on social media. Nevertheless, the fact that it was taken down and that Althoff and Drake unfollowed one another on Instagram clearly raised suspicions.

Earlier this year, Althoff talked about her alleged feud with one of the best-selling artists in an interview for Keke Palmer’s podcast, This Is Keke Palmer. During their conversation, the podcaster-influencer, 26, denied having any problems with Drake. It is worth noting, though, that they still do not follow each other on Instagram.
When asked why Drake unfollowed her, she responded as follows:
“I guess we’ll never know. He’s a very nice person and he definitely clearly changed the trajectory of my whole career. Either him or Funny Marco, but both of them definitely changed my whole entire life. So it’s crazy. Without them, I was still gonna be posting with my 100k views.”
However, it appears that nothing concrete came out of the interview regarding Drake and Althoff’s alleged conflict.
Breaking the Silence: Bobbi Althoff Shared Her Drake Interview Story
In August of last year, Bobbi told Cosmopolitan that she felt driven to try and get Drake as a guest after noticing that the musician, 37, was enjoying her social media posts about her previous interviews.

Althoff further confessed:
“I decided to just go for it and shoot my shot. I DMed Drake and asked if he wanted to be on my podcast, and he said yes. He sent me his touring schedule, and I knew that I needed to make it happen fast, so my friend and I flew to Memphis two days after the original DM was sent to record the episode.”
We learned from People that Althoff’s interview with Drake, which was later removed from YouTube, has amassed over 10 million views. She has received accolades for her deadpan humor ever since it was uploaded. Aside from the Certified Lover Boy hitmaker, the influencer has also spoken with Lil Yachty, businessman Mark Cuban, and other celebrities.
Even though Althoff has a solid interview resume, she shared her hopes to interview another rapper Post Malone for The Really Good Podcast in the future. She revealed (via Cosmopolitan)
“I love Post Malone. I would love to interview him. I saw him in a Buffalo Wild Wings back in the day. He just walked in with his entourage and I remember thinking, ‘Oh my God, he’s so normal. Why is he walking to Buffalo Wild Wings?’ I just love him. And then Tyler Hoechlin from Teen Wolf. He went to the same high school as me.”
Even though Drake and Althoff’s viral interview did not result in a further collaboration right away, it did create curiosity and anticipation among fans. Who knows what the future holds for these two individuals? Only time will tell!
