Well, this week’s installment of The Kardashians on Hulu finally showcased how Kim coped in her uncomfortable outfit.

“I’ve never felt this way before, where I feel like I can’t breathe,” she said in a confessional.

“I can handle it for so long, but it’s like, I have to pee, I can’t breathe…I literally was dying,” she said.

“I’m literally gonna throw up. I’ve never been more uncomfortable,” Kim told her team as she attempted to loosen the dress immediately after leaving the Met.

Kim was later filmed walking back into her hotel suite, where she continued to urge her team to get her dress off ASAP.

“I’ve never been in this much pain before,” she said before revealing that she actually tried to sneak out of the Met Gala early because of how much she was hurting.

“I was gonna sneak out right before the dinner, but then I walked by [Anna Wintour’s] table, and Anna goes, ‘Perfect, you’re here. Can you sit in my seat while I go make my rounds?’” Kim recalled, noting that she reluctantly agreed.
After eventually getting the dress off, Kim showcased the damage caused to her back by the corset:

But in spite of all this, when a producer off-camera asked Kim if the pain was “worth it,” she replied, “Abso-fucking-lutely. Yes! That’s just who I am.”

“If you look good, it was all worth it,” she added.
