The highly anticipated release of NBA 2K25 is just around the corner, but not everyone is thrilled about the upcoming game.

As in previous years, the WNBA will be fully represented, with all teams and players available as playable options. However, one of the league’s stars isn’t pleased with how she’s portrayed in the game and has taken to social media to voice her frustration.

Chicago Sky guard Chennedy Carter shared a side-by-side comparison of her in-game likeness with a real-life photo on her Instagram story, expressing her disappointment.

“They wrong for this,” Carter captioned her post.

Earlier this season, Chennedy Carter gained attention for a controversial hard foul on Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark. The foul sparked criticism for being “too rough,” with even Carter’s coach admitting it was “not appropriate.”

Recently, Carter was absent from the Chicago Sky’s game against the Washington Mystics due to a potential COVID-19 exposure. Several players on the team reported feeling unwell, and some were advised to wear masks at the practice facility.

“We’re testing for COVID-19 and consulting with our doctors to determine the best course of action,” Sky general manager Jeff Pagliocca told the Chicago Sun-Times on Tuesday.
