Claims of Stevie Wonder defending Diddy go viral (Image via Getty)
Claims of Stevie Wonder defending Sean “Diddy” Combs’ alleged actions have gone viral online. This comes after the latter was arrested on September 16, after facing s*x trafficking and racketeering charges. Although an online publication claimed that the acclaimed singer was seemingly siding with ‘Puff Daddy,’ it is not true.
Trigger Warning: This article discusses s*x trafficking and s*xual abuse. Reader’s discretion is advised.
Madhouse Magazine took to their Facebook page to share a picture of the two singers on September 29, where they also wrote:
“Stevie Wonder Defends Diddy ‘I Didn’t See Nothing Illegal.’”

“He’s a tough cake toucher”- Celebrity bodyguard reveals Diddy was no pushover, details incident where he grabbed a young boy by the throat
“He was nervous af”- Internet reacts as footage of OTF Jam wearing a wire around Lil Durk goes viral
It remains unclear whether the website was claiming that Wonder did not find anything wrong with Combs’ actions, or whether he personally did not witness Combs take part in nefarious activities.
The social media post quickly went viral and amassed over 70,000 reactions, over 5000 comments, and more than 30,000 shares.
Further, the Instagram account @f2cmedia also took to the social networking site, on October 3, to claim that Wonder opined so about the Bad Boy Records founder.
Despite the claim looking realistic, it is worth noting that it is not true. The publication that originally reported the news is labeled as a ‘satire/parody’ page on Facebook, and it shares satirical and comedical content.
Stevie Wonder did not seemingly defend Diddy
If one goes to Madhouse Magazine’s Facebook page, it can be noted in the intro that the outlet recognizes itself as a page made “for idiots by idiots.” It has also been labeled as “satire/parody,” insinuating that what is published on the same is not factually correct.
“Madhouse Magazine is the only place you can find hysterical satire, phony interviews, and imaginary concert reviews. We will mock and lampoon your favorite rock stars, musicians, actors, athletes, politicians and maybe even your Aunt Sheila.”
The website has also noted that they simply wanted to “make the world laugh in these trying times.”
Additionally, no established entertainment outlet reported the potential viral news. Considering the celebrity status of the two musicians, Wonder’s statement would have been reported by multiple publications if it were true.
Hence, it is safe to say that Stevie Wonder did not defend Diddy.
Several celebrities reportedly attended Diddy’s “Freak Off” parties
Several celebrities were rumored to attend Diddy’s infamous parties, events, and “Freak Off” sessions. Some are speculated to be regular attendees, including Ashton Kutcher, Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Usher, Drake, Oprah Winfrey, Justin Bieber, Will Smith, Alicia Keys, Alex Rodriguez, and more.
Combs’ infamous Freak Off parties were also, reportedly, elaborate events where victims were forced to engage with male prostitutes on camera for days.
Earlier this week, Houston lawyer Tony Buzbee revealed in a press statement that he was representing 120 accusers who came forward with s*xual misconduct allegations against Diddy. He claimed that the civil lawsuits would be filed mostly in New York and Los Angeles.
The victims reportedly included 60 males and 60 females, out of which 25 were reportedly minors when they were allegedly assaulted. One alleged victim was reportedly nine years old at the time of the abuse.
Combs remains behind bars as he awaits his trial date. He has maintained his innocence as multiple alleged victims have come forward with allegations.
