Fox News personality Sean Hannity has completed his New York to Florida migration with a second home purchase near President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida.
Hannity paid $14.9 million for a two-bedroom townhome in a gated community on Sloan’s Curve Drive, next door to another townhouse he has owned since 2021, according to property records.
The two oceanfront townhomes are located about 2.5 miles south of Mar-a-Lago.
Hannity, 63, purchased the first Sloan’s Curve home for $5.3 million in 2021, and closed on the latest one in an off-market deal in late January, the Palm Beach Post first reported.
The seller was former U.S. Ambassador Clifford M. Sobel and his wife, Barbara, who purchased the home for $7.5 million in 2022, according to property records.
This is the second home the conservative talk show host has purchased in Palm Beach County in as many months. The Fox News host announced last year that he was moving from New York to Florida and would record his radio and TV programs, “The Sean Hannity Show” and “Hannity,” in West Palm Beach studios.

In December, he closed on a $23.5 million waterfront estate in Manalapan, just south of Palm Beach, The Wall Street Journal reported at the time. The eight-bedroom home spans more than 12,000 square feet and was built in 1990, according to the Journal. That’s larger than both of the Sloan’s Curve townhouses combined, and will likely continue to serve as his main home. The TV anchor previously filed a notice with Palm Beach County declaring the Manalapan mansion his primary home, according to the Palm Beach Post.
Hannity could not immediately be reached for comment.
In one of his first radio broadcasts from Florida in January 2024, Hannity proclaimed that he was “done” with New York. “For the first time that I can think of in my adult life, I actually have representatives in the state that I’m living in that share my values,” he said.
Hannity, who was born in New York City, exchanged one waterfront estate for another. Shortly after announcing his permanent move to Florida, he listed his Long Island home in Oyster Bay, and it sold for $12.7 million.
Fern Fodiman of Sotheby’s International Realty handled the sale for both the buyer and seller, she confirmed.
