The principal saw something special in young Akim Camara and couldn’t wait to share his talent. He reached out to the famous Dutch violinist, André Rieu, knowing this child’s abilities were far beyond his years.

Upon meeting Akim, Rieu was blown away by the boy’s natural gift for the violin and decided to mentor him. Before long, Akim went from a regular student to a rising star.

Rieu even invited him to his studio in Maastricht, where Akim’s performance moved the entire orchestra, leading to an opportunity to play at an upcoming concert.
