Aliyah Boston Just Need One Word to WNBA’s Huge Caitlin Clark News

Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark was recently honored as the Associated Press Player of the Week in the WNBA.

Following the announcement, which the Fever shared on their social media, Aliyah Boston responded with a subtle message to Clark about the accolade.

“Swagggggg,” Boston commented.

While Boston’s remark may have been a congratulatory nod to Clark, the Fever’s post also highlighted that they are the only team this season to have multiple players win the AP Player of the Week award.

Boston and Clark have become one of the WNBA’s most dynamic duos. Both were selected for the WNBA All-Star roster in 2024 and have consistently demonstrated their elite skills throughout the season. Caitlin Clark is currently averaging 17.8 points and 8.3 assists per game, leading the league in assists.

Indiana’s standout center, Boston, is averaging 14.0 points, 9.0 rebounds, and 1.4 blocks per game.

The pair of young stars have positioned the Fever to potentially make the playoffs for the first time since 2016. Indiana is currently ranked No. 7 in the WNBA standings with a 13-15 record and 12 games left in the season to secure their playoff spot.
