Angel Reese admitted that she’s ‘hiding’ something after fans suggested she was pregnant following eyebrow-raising pictures posted on social media.
After suffering a season-ending injury in her brilliant rookie year with the Chicago Sky, Reese is enjoying the off-season after the Sky failed to make the WNBA Playoffs. Regardless of Chicago’s place in the top eight, Reese would have been unable to feature after undergoing surgery.
The 22-year-old hurt her wrist in the victory over the Los Angeles Sparks earlier this month and scans confirmed that she had suffered a hairline fracture. Reese subsequently underwent surgery to avoid the risk of a career-threatening issue, leaving her in a cast.

But it appears that the former LSU starlet isn’t a fan of the protective strapping she’s had to wear after appearing to hide her wrist from pictures taken of her during the break. Similar images of Reese wearing a white dress and a red outfit saw her hide her handbags in front of her midriff, keeping her wrist out of shot.
One fan spotted Reese covering her lower left arm and joked that she was acting as if she was hiding a pregnancy, they said: “Angel hiding that cast like s(sic) pregnancy”. Reese replied but wasn’t prepared to entertain any talk of her eating for two. “Hiding my hand with a chanel is my new thing,” she said, adding a halo emoji.

The pictures in question were recent uploads that Reese has posted to her Instagram page, including one that shows her sat in a private jet. A video of the Chicago star walking up to the plane shows the cast still on her wrist. While the snaps of her wearing her white dress also show her holding her bag with her left hand, which is in the protective brace.
Reese has spoken about her private life as she continuously dispels rumors regarding her dating life. Following her season-ending injury, Reese has been open on her ‘Unapologetically Angel’ podcast and recently addressed being linked to NBA player Kevin Durant and Jalen Duren, as well as rappers NBA YoungBoy and G Herbo.
However, she put to bed the speculation when she was asked whether she is single, replying: “I am. You got somebody for me?” she asked her co-host. Reese then explained her type, saying without hesitation: “He gotta be tall. Six-foot-seven or six-foot-eight.”
She then agreed with her podcast team after they hinted that her criteria perfectly described an NBA player. Reese then added that whoever her future man may be, he needs to offer something more than just financial security. “They have to bring something completely different to the table. There’s nothing you can buy me, that I can’t buy myself,” she said.
